"Frozen Ice Cream Social" Saturday, Nov 23 / Noon - 9:00 PM Toasted and Rolled Starting Saturday we will have 3 new frozen themed ice creams 1. Frozen hot cocoa 2. chocolate frozen heart (chocolate strawberry) 3. frozen carrot cake. With every hot chocolate purchase you will be given a marshmallow snowman to build yourself. Come dressed as your favorite frozen character and take a picture with Teen Miss North Caroline and friend who will be showing up at 4:30pm dressed as their favorite frozen princess.
