Island Babyback Ribs

Ribs:
4 lbs. babyback ribs (cut into individual ribs)
1 1/2 Tbsps. grated fresh ginger
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsps. sesame oil
1/2 tsp. salt

Line a large baking pan with foil. Combine ingredients and rub mixture into ribs. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

Sauce:
1/2 cup hoison sauce
1/2 cup plum sauce
1/4 cup honey

Preheat oven to 350°F. Uncover ribs and roast 45 minutes, turning once.

Combine hoison and plum sauce with honey. Brush over ribs, covering all sides. Continue roasting until ribs are tender - about 1/2 hour. Transfer ribs to a platter and serve.
